RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Idyll. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases - if you have any concerns feel free to contact us at info@idyllfoods.com.

If you receive something other than what you ordered or products are damaged or defective, please email or call us as soon as possible and we will rectify our mistake. If for some reason we cannot solve the problem, we will issue a full refund. Since the products we offer are perishable food items, we can only issue refunds or exchanges for products that meet the above conditions.

To make a return or exchange by mail, when possible please pack returns in their original packaging or other sturdy packaging to ensure the returned product arrives in good condition. If we made an error in our original shipment we will refund shipping and handling charges. Please also include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of those, a letter with the following information:
